On the 25th of April 2013, i went shopping at Shoprite Newlands with my two kids aged 2 and 5 years old. We were in the biscuit isle where two men approached us, one man on the right hand side asked me what was the price of the biscuits that took, i told him the price and the meanwhile the other on my left was searchingin my bag, i felt my bag getting lighter and looked in my bag and saw that my purse was missing, the man walked away quickly with my purse i then ran after him and screamed securitytook my purse, but the shop was full i lost him. Few Shopritemployees seen what had happened, one employee of Shoprite said to me, i have seen his face and will identify him. I said close the doors and call the Manager, no manager and no security to assist me. The other man was still standing at the biscuit isle talking to a lady employee. Iwent up to the guy and grabbed him by his T-shirt and said to him, Youre involved hethen denied it. The lady employee did not even call securityquestion him or call Management, about 40 mintues later my purse was found and brought to me in a basket, my money was gone and too this point none of the staff are willing to assist.
