We were there on Saturday for a kiddies party. My toddlers had taken my purse out of my handbag without me even noticing it and threw it on the floor. Later my husband paid our bill and we went home. In the week I noticed that I can't find my purse. So I called spur straight away and the manager confirmed that my purse is there. I went there to pick up my purse only to find that one of the waiters half of my money (R300) out of my purse and the only thing that the manager could say is SORRY!! I knew how much money I had in there because I had to pay my maid. I am so disgusted. The service was bad that day and now they my money. Will never support them ever again. ( and we go there quite often as we live just around the corner)
