We got seats at the coffee shop, it took 10-15min waiting for somebody to take our drink orders, until I got up and requested service, wrong drinks arrived, place our meal order at 11:10, when at 11:20 we enquired about our order [bfast, open sandwish, wrap] our waiteres never punched in the order - 11:23 order punched in waited over 30, min for our food, I requested to speak to the coffee shop manager, she was busy chatting to a friend and her conversation was more important than her customers, I then asked to spk to the branch manager or owner, she coffee shop manger was again call, when she arrived at our table I told her how long we have been waiting, she leaves and comes back with a slip that gave her the time of 11:23, we told her it was placed at 11:10 as one of the people on our table was busy sending a sms when we placed our orders, she walks away and our food arrives, with half our requestes. No waiter or manger, owner came to our table to find out if everything is ok, do we need anything else to drink, again had to call someone for drink order. I don't know what is worse the bad attitude or the owner shouting at the tellers infront of the customers.
