Security, no concern for customer wellbeing

Hi i recently wrote a complaint to shoprite regarding the of my purse at the Bethal Shoprite.
After the complaint the Area manager phoned me and apologised about the incident.
Saying they dont have cctv in every isle of the store and he stated, if i cam to the store in bethal and gave my name i would receive a shoprite Voucher to the value of R200 rand.
This morning 6 April i went to bethal shoprite and talked to the lady in the office as well as other personnel and the knew nothing about the R200 voucher, i was made to look like a again by shoprite.
The store manager did not even speak to me he only sent a message with another employee that he did not know anything about the area manager phoning me and promising a R200 shoprite voucher, but did not have the decency to even speak to me.
I was robbed of my purse on 25 march in shoprite bethal.
The staff in shoprite did not even call the police the 4 security guards at the door did nothing after i screamed that my purse was.
Management or personnel did not enquire if i was okay and what happened.
4 SECURITY guard at door but no one patrolling the store pathetic.
