Yesterday 26 June 2013 I went to pick 'n pay at the Bridge in jorburg cbd next to park station. While I was shopping my wife's purse got inside the shop and when we approached the security for him to assist us he was rude and eventually referred us to the assistant Manager a lady by the name of Pinkie. She offered to check the cctv footage and we waited for like an hour and when she came back to us she said they pick up the incident and was in a hurry to get us out of the shop as she said she was closing the shop. As we were still insisting to see the footage one of the employees brought a purse that was picked up inside the shop under the shelves meaning someone was also robbed inside the shop. Pinkie and the security that was checking the camera said my wife's purse must have been outside while we were very sure it was inside. Eventually we left the shop leaving our contact numbers with her. In the morning they picked up our purse under the butchery fridges without the money but bank cards and I.D. We are so disappointed with the way they treated us and mostly with the fact that a shop with cameras all over cannot pick an incident that happens in
