I purchased a Birchwood mattress on the 20/10/2010, invoice number 428224, we reported that there is a problem with it on the 19-11-2012, at the time of purchase we were told by the salesman there is a 2 year warranty, when we reported the fault we were then told it is only 1 year. it took from the time of reporting 19-11-2012 and numerous phone calls 6 months for someone to investigate. The reference number given when we reported is 164007. We received sms's saying the problem has been resolved, we would reply saying it has not, then a consultant would phone & say they will e-mail the relevant people. on the 9-5-2013 service report number 59403, a person came to take photo's, dimensions etc from Bravo. Then a consultant phoned & said we must pay R2400.I asked that they E-mail me their finding and breakdown of cost etc, I am still waiting. I have said to Dial a bed that after waiting for 6 months for someone to come out & a further 2 months for any resolution, I should get this at a better price, if not no charge as their findings showed there was a fault. I have no problem paying it is the principle.
