Mattress Sagging

I have bought a bed from this retail shop in 2010. a few months later the mattress started to sag. I reported the problem and the matter was resolved months later in 2011 by replacing the mattress with another one.

later after the mattress was replaced it started sagging agin and i reported the issue and now its almost two months with no positive response. I was told by Werner that the supplier will come and nothing has happened. All i need is to get the issue is resolved because iw as told the mattress has 15 years warranty.
