Unfair credit practice by Russells store

I purchase goods at russels store polokwane office, I took two accounts and managed to fully pay the first account. The second account was worth R8000 contractual value, I paid the account well but the whole of 2012 things didnt go well for me in terms of work. I Did inform the store about my situation and my credit rates were reduced, I paid lot of money to Russels which is morethan R 10 000 for this one account, But still, irrespective of how much I pay, the interest rates they keep going up, as we speak now, the store demands R11500 from me while I have paid far more than R 10 000.

I realy feel being treated unfairly I need assistance in this regard. The store is even threatening to reposses my goods. I requested them to give me the initial Invoice during that day I took the goods and they told me that they dont have the actual invoice, I also requested for detaild statement from day 1 I started paying the account and they refused as well.

All I need from Russels is that, They must provide me with statement of my account from day 1 I bought the goods and also give me the invoice I signed for.
