Just over a year ago we purchased a double base set from Dial-a-bed. We paid a bit more than we usually would as we wanted a bed of good quality. The mattress now has 2 bad indentations from where my husband and I lay. We have reported the problem to the call centre and received a reference number. Every time we do a follow up, we are promised that someone will get back to us that very day. We are still waiting. My husband has now developed back problems and has an appointment to see a neurosurgeon.
