In the past three months I reported my Telkom line four times for a fault that is not fixed. During Telkom's last visit was told my line was faulty and I was told to install a new line and buy a new modem. Telkom told me they do not install the line in the sealing, I must recruit an external electrician. After I paid to install a new line (replace the old one). The problem was not resolved, I replaced the modem with a new one and still the problem continued.

I was told by Telkom the fault will be sent to maintenance for further investigation. This was on the 31st of January 2013 (I did not receive a reference number for this investigation). Two weeks later (14th February 2013) I queried the fault and I was told that the original fault was resolved at Telkom, but the problem still existed and even got worse.
With no proof other than the word of the technician, I don't know if it was ever reported to maintenance.

My conclusion, I reported a fault numerous times, replaced everything stated faulty that was not faulty with my own money, and still I have a problem that is stated with Telkom as resolved.
