I bought a King Koil bed and it was starting to sink in the middle, I reported the problem in April to dial a bed and they subsequently sent an inspector out, who confirmed that the mattress was faulty. I was asked to pay a warranty fee for the replacement of the mattress and promptly honored this request into the account of Bravo Sleep Products on 30 April 2013. Since then I have been waiting for a replacement, I received many calls from various individuals, being Mbali, JP, Manesh, Sandile. All I want to know is when I will receive a bed. Your motto is "phone today sleep tonight" when I need to buy a bed, but when you need to honor a warranty; it is "phone today sleep in three months". I am very disappointed in the service and would expect that the replacement be done before the end of this week. It is clear that your staff and management don't realize that your reputation is at stake and I would suggest that you inform them that when they promise to call a person they should do just that.
