I once had a complaint regarding my account that I paid cash for which I was given a settlement letter for but I still receive statements showing that I'm still owing and they adding arrears. Last time I logged a complaint via Hellopetter House and home called me to tell me that they will close the account, they even sent me an email confirming that the account will be closed.
I need this matter to rest and I plea with House and Home to take their customer, at least once since I know that they not even close of being profession, I cant be complaining about same thing over and over again due to their error or fault.
