I had 3 accounts with house an home at canal walk. I went into the store to pay my accounts an close it, i was on the phone with the accounts department which deals with house an home canal walk branch, the guy told me that he is going to update my details on the itc. A few months later i pulled an ITC report, one of my house an home accounts still shows a current balance, i called an spoken to the guy who deals with the accounts to me he cant do anytthing because it was handed over an will stay on my ITC for 2 YEARS, if it was handed over why did i pay house an home an not the debt collectors, i took a look at my other account an that was handed over an i still paid house an home an it shows closed on my ITC but This account shows a balance. All i want is this to be updated as he told me in the first place, legal action will be taken place if this isnt sorted out.
