I purchased a double door fridge from House & Home Gateway in 2011. The repayment was over 3yrs. I paid a lump sum in July of 2012 to close the account way ahead of the time period. In July i requested a paid up letter. 4 letters later with tons of errors (wrong ID Number, wrong Acc Number etc). Upon doing a credit check on myself i found that almost a year later they still have me on the Credit Bureau as a customer. 1. I paid you almost a year ahead of the term duration, 2. Your paid up letter means nothing, 3. I want this removed NOW.
This is absolute. I deserve an answer as to why your finance department does not know how to do their job. I want this removed from credit status with immediate effect.
