I Closed my account months back, paid it up and got a closure letter, for the past 3 months i have been receiving statements, saying im still owing, how was i allowed to even close the account with a debit balance? now im even getting threatening smses saying the account is overdue, im struggling to understand this whole thing, just called the call centre on 0861112807, the guy told me im not owing anything, seriously, can someone please assist me as im getting different responses from your call centre and i have a letter to proof that i have paid up and closed this account?
