I recently logged a complaint against House and Home for damaged Carina lounge suit which I straggled to get it sorted, Marcia for some reasons has some powers to turn a customer's complain to something good, I must be honest I lost hope with house and Home a while ago but knowing that there is Marcia to sort my problem out I turn to go back to house and home to furnish my home. Reality is almost all house and home service but me and my wife are still determined to repeat business with them but that is because of the faith we have for Marcia. WE WOULD LIKE TO PROJECT OUR SINCERE APPRECIATION TO YOU MARCIA, you simply know how to retain customers.
I'm glad to say that my complaint was dealt with sufficiently and we were receiving constant update from Elijah and Tomas Long.
I wish we would have better customer service from House and Home.
