Early this year I wrote here on Hellopeter about Edgars' bad and bullish attitude towards customers. My account (7000100100082669680) was paid up in November 2012 and closed. I have to force Edgars to send me a letter showing that this account is paid up and closed. I got their letter dated 08 February 2013, signed by Zanele Makhubu. Edgars must realize that when I close this account it was not in arrears, I just don't want a clothing account anymore. Now I did an inquiry into my credit record because I want to start shopping for a house, and was shocked that Edgars did not close my account. They have sent my account to credit bureaus as still outstanding and active. I want this to get into Edgars' FAT-CATS' skulls, I do not have an account with you and I don't owe you even a single cent. You must clear my name as soon as possible or I will open a civil case against you if you don't do what is right. You are pathetic and cannot force me to have an account with you. From now on I will no longer even buy cash from any of your shops (CNA, Edgars, Legit, Jet etc) because you are just irresponsible malicious capitalists. I hope other people do the same.
