I always frequent clicks Shellybeach and today and on two other times I was assisted by your staff Zama. I am not sure in which department she works for but was among the isle packing shelves etc. She is definitely living up to the expectations from customers like us by providing great customer service. I was so amazed that she was glued up by providing me info with regards to certain medication and I even complimented her. She walked me to the shelve for which item I was looking for. If your company has any reward or recognition program than I believe she should be made example of.
Great service ZAMA and well done. It is staff like you that keep us customers wanting to come back.
