I am a happy customer of the Clicks chain in all respects except one, and it is so prevalent that it has become a major concern. WHY is it that the price reflected on the shelves is not recorded at the till? In EVERY SINGLE Clicks store I have shopped there have been discrepancies, to Clicks' great advantage. Virtually every time I have shopped. And this is a problem that every person I have mentioned it to has experienced. Bottom line - if you don't check the price on the shelf, someone at Clicks is making a killing! and a fool of its customers. Would appreciate a reason as to why this is happening. The staff NEVER seem surprised, but the problem is not rectified. With whom does the fault lie? And when will it be rectified? The difference was as much as R52 being rung up at the till for a R39 item on one occasion.
