Yesterday I called Legal Aid to ask for advise at 13:43 and I spoke to a lady by the name of Zama. Zama gave me advise and even explained the number of options I can consider to resolve the matter. She asked me to drop the phone and promised to call me back when she has found a number of the organisation that can also assist me. Zama did indeed call me back. What was special about Zama is that when I was telling her my problem she didnt just give me advise because its her job to do so but she managed to put herself in my situation and made me understand the other options that are out there that i can take legally. Thank you so much Zama. Your service was indeed Outstanding. I would be doing a great injustice if I dont compliment you on Hellopeter for the world to see one of the people who make a positive difference in our country.
