Having just visited several Clicks stores around Pretoria in search of refill cartridges for my Babyliss cordless styler, staff informed me that the refills have been discontinued.
This is unacceptable. How can you stock a product that is rendered useless by the lack of refills on the shelves.
Despite this, I note with interest that the stylers are still in abundant stock on the shelves and Clicks has no plans to remove them (I asked) - unwitting customers will buy them and find a month down the line that they had wasted their money. The staff certainly won't stop them.
Disgraceful! I see there are several other complaints posted on this very issue.
What is Clicks' response?
Would you kindly inform ALL your customers of the actions taken to rectify this situation?
