Around 1pm Aneeka assisted me at the till. I was over my debit limit and she went out of her way to assist me, waited for me to go to the autobank even though it was past her lunch hour. She was very helpful and gracious. A pleasant front-line staff representative with a great attitude and a good example of how great customer service should be conducted. May I add that earlier I tried to stop one of the packers who walked through an isle for the whereabouts of an item and she just pointed me to another packer who was busy packing items without even going to trying to find the item herself or asking the other packing staff for me. That is an example of someone who doesn't deserve to be employed there. I was put off and was about to leave my trolley (with my usual R2500 goods inside) there and walk away. Eventually I came to the till and encountered Aneeka.
