I stay in JHB but always prefer doing my baby shopping at Clicks Angelo Mall Nigel on the East Rand when i visit home on weekends because of their fantastic staff member Annastacia.
She recognises her clients and pays attention. The other time we got to Clicks and the shop was closing, but with a smile she begged her staff to open for us and said "they are regular clients of ours". That made me feel very special and welcomed at Clicks stores.
She really is an asset to your company.
