I bought a bed from Bears (mabopane) on d 3/07/13 n was to give it to someone as a present on the 17th the same month then I was told that my bed will be delivered within 72 hours.
Than the 17th My bed is stil not delivered, I called the store several times they told me they still talking to the manager they will call me back after 30 minutes, after an hour I'm calling again, they telling me that they are still talking to the manager then I drove to the store, finding out the staff are relaxed charting with their friends from outside then after walked the floor for about 10 minutes looking for someone to assist me. I'm told that my bed is not even in the n now I must take another bed that I didn't pay 4 it and I didn't like before. I told them nicely that I'm askin For my refond cause they have faild
Now they dnt have enough money in d store to refond me and I must give them few days to get that money then after a day I got a call that they wil deliver the bed on the 22th and I needed that bed as a gift to someone on the 22th so I'm sorry but I don't want your bed any more and I want My money.
