False advertising

On Saturday I went to Clicks to buy Diet Fuel. At the door there is a HUGE sign that says, if you find USN supplements cheaper, Clicks will match that price! So I though great, it was R450 at Clicks and R429 at Pick n Pay. Clicks will give me points, so I will buy it there. I went to Pick n Pay and took a photo with my cell phone of the product and price and went back to Clicks. I went up to the manager at the front and said I had found it cheaper and she told me to bring a pamphlet. Pick n Pay does not advertise ALL their products on a pamphlet and I was unable to get one when I went back. How must I prove this to Clicks? How disappointing. Clicks no longer offers the great value that it used to and now you have added false advertising to your bad service as well. I try not to use the pharmacy anymore for prescription medication as you NEVER get offered generics. I will NEVER bother checking out your supplement isle. Even if you do have specials, I will stick to Dischem and Pick n Pay. My husband and I both buy supplements monthly and were excited to see USN in the stores. Pity that was short lived. Very disappointed!
