I bought my furniture last month at Sandowu House and Home Parklands. They promised to deliver but they never did. I had to arrange my transport to fetch the staff. They never called to find out if it was me who sent the transport and apologise for their transport that never arrived. The stand that part of the furniture delivered was not in a box, it was from the floor, with scratched and dents. I'm sure it was the onen on the florr because when I was buying it I saw it.
Now the lady called me after about 2weeks to find out if I'm happy about the service. Can ypu believe it, after I told her how I feel she promised me that the manager will call me and no one called.
I also wqant my delivery money that was charged to me as well as the stand from the box, not that scrap from the floor that they sold to me. I'm also not prepared to waste my petrol and go to the store.
