My husband an I purchased 2 pedestals, a mirror, headboard and a chest of drawers from Furniture city in Cresta on 15 January 2013. We paid for the products including the delivery fee. We were told that the transport people would call us and arrange for delivery. The transport people called us and delivered the headboard and the chest of drawers only on Thursday 17 January. The sales rep called us and told us that the pedestals and the mirror were out of stock and will be delivered on Friday 18. On Friday we didn't get the delivery and he said It will be on Monday. Monday we didn't get anything and my husband went to the shop and spoke to the manager the manager said he will have the stuff delivered on Thursday and Thursday nothing, Friday hubby called and was tale that the delivery will be next Thursday and we didn't get anything and no update whatsoever. It has been 2 weeks now since we purchased the goods and no delivery, Had to ask for a refund today but was told it takes 5 days to process the refund.. I am not happy with this poor service. Now I have to wait for 5 more days to get my money and buy from another shop and pay for the delivery again. This is not fair!
