I went to house n home two weeks back to see their couches and spoke to a salesman called Tshepo asked him about couches he said they have stock and if i want them i must call him the day before n he will ensure that wen i come the couches will b there and i can cum with transport. On monday 10 sept i called him in the morning to tell him that im going to come on tuesday 11 sept he said they have 1stock i can can, i then told him i wont b coming with transport so wen will they deliver, he said they will deliver the same day on tuesday, ok then i went on tuesday to buy the couches, and wen i got there i was told the couches that they said were gonna be mine are actually damaged couches they were returned by a client, so i asked when will i get my couches, they said on wednesday so i arrange with my uncle to be home n he must nt fo to work, and no one showed up and today its friday my uncle has been home for 2 days now and today im sent from pillar to post if only i knew i was not going to pay, i have been waiting for calls from the branch manager, Kgothatso the despatch guy has also promised to call me back, there is always issues i was told trucks were on service wat the
