I used their services to move my Mom's furniture to my house & storage. He was her neighbour & he approached me. The furniture was not delivered in one go, he did it when it suited him, inconveniencing me, the client! He bought things from me & I had to fetch the money at his house because his promises of the cash payment were never fulfilled. He advertises professional care of goods, but 2 Vintage cupboards, my walls & staircase they went up were scratched badly. A third vintage cupboard door had a huge gouged out area which got damaged in their truck. They were supposed to take it upstairs on the day but did not have enough men & I was told they would do it the next week. They never did & I had to pester him for 3 months. He promised me each time I called him that his men would be there the next day, I waited, no-one arrived. Unfortunately I had already paid him not knowing he would do this. I also eventually had to pay other people to take the cupboard upstairs for me. He said he would compensate me, I am still waiting. Blaming his delivery men for letting him down & his personal problems, is no excuse. He is the boss & must take responsibility for the bad service!
