I've been phoned by someone from Edgars who wanted all my information which Edgars already has. When I queried for the second time why I'm being asked questions such as "Can I assume you are able to pay your Edgars account" the phone was put down by the lady. If you want to ask me a question or tell me something please just do it directly but don't start asking me to confirm everything which you already have and then put the phone down on me. Who is this person who phoned me? And why the attitude? It's just bad advertising on your part because I just tell everyone in my office about this incident and then you have potentially lost quite a few customers. Is that want you want?
