Hi. I went to FURNITURE city in festival mall kempton park on the 28th of June 2013 to buy a stand for a 1000The consultant advised that if I can I can go to de warehouse I to get my stand.my husband went to boksburg to fetch it only to find out when he get home de stand its cracked a bit.we took it back as we got the stand in july.since then we neva heard from furniture city I hve to be de 1 calling them to find out what is happening. I spoke to agreement as he is the 1 who was assisting me he always tell me different stories and make false promises, he even told me that must take the 1 displayed at de store loke wat de... when I call him he tells me to cancel and then rebuy I mean what is that. The last time I spoke to him he told me that he will ask some guy at the warehouse to deliver it via back door. I just hate this coz I paid this in cash.plz furniture city do something about this or else I will take this further. I want my stand I even called ur complain department they promised to call me bck even now they didnt. What is this mara.
