Poor service and bad attitude

I bought a micro wave last year in July and it has a 2 year guarantee, I brought it back t the store for repairs was told that it will take 3 weeks to be taken back to supplier and to be fixed, which I did allow though I was not happy about it but I could not do anything about it. The 3 weeks passed and I received an SMS from the store to come pick it up which I did, when I got home it was not working. We brought it back to the store and the sales person by the name of Werner Trollip who assisted us proposed to take it back to be fixed again which means we are going to be without the micro wave again for weeks and we totally refused and asked for an exchange he refused and told us that he is not a technician and he can't fix the micro wave.
