The incident took place when Truworths opened at 09h00 last Sat, 29 June 2013. I wanted to purchase a specific lipstick advertised by Revlon but there was only one lady there and I didn't think to take her name who kindly assisted me. The stock is lacking by at least half in all the cosmetic houses - Estee Lauder always being the best, as well as Mac who eventually helped me with a lip liner. There was also a young girl who popped in at around 08h45 so I asked her if she was in charge, her reply was that she was the floor supervisor - again I did not take her name as I was in a hurry. I told her that I thought it was shocking that there was no staff to assist as also the poor situation regarding stock. She apologised but I told her not to make excuses for people who were late for work. There were 3 girls working & on duty at the Mac department, they are always very professional. Please tell them that. Foschini has the same problem regarding lack of stock especially testers - if you go & look right now, you will revert and agree with me. It is very annoying when one is in a hurry. I must just add that I have been a customer for at least 30 years!!!
