I rushed to Edgards at Bedford Centre on Thursday evening 02 May 2013 and got there at 17h45. I got the attention of Fiona at the Estee Lauder counter and asked for the Maximum Cover No 9 foundation. She told me that there was no stock and that the stock would be replenished on Friday 03 May 2013. I called the store on Saturday 04 May 2013, waited forever for the department to answer the call only to be bluntly told that there is no stock and the call cut before I could ask when the stock would be arriving. The service was appaling and wish I had an alternative brand to rather purchase. I buy 4 (four) of these products per year and let me re-iterate that they are not cheap. Edgars Bedford Centre Estee Lauder Counter have no customer service.
