Poor attitude and advertising

I have used Estee Lauder for 20 years, I always take advantage of their promotions. Truworths currently has a promotion. In the past it has always been if you buy one skin product and another then you get the gift. In this instance I took two skin care products, only to be told that Truworths insists that you take purchase a serum or moisturiser to obtain the gift, the sales person suggested I stop using Estee Lauder and said even a manager couldn't overide the way their computer was set up, when I asked to speak to one. This is poor advertising on the part of Estee Lauder and Truworths, I have always had excellent advice and service in the past from Estee Lauder sales staff in Port Elizabeth
