I bought a Casio watch on the 9th of June at American swiss Northgate after being treated at the Clearwater
branch. The watch is already worn out and I have reported it to the Cresta Branch on Fri 6th of July. Getrude
the branch manger promised to assist but never phoned me back. One of the consultant Tshidi even mocked me and mistreated me when I visited the shop. There is no service delivery at in that shop. The watch the I bought is fake and I m not going to pay for it till I have it replaced.how can a watch in 20days be worn. I NEED SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME URGENTLY.
