As I tried explaining she pounced on me and screamed how unfortunate I was they can't do anything about it.morealso she &said my frend never came with a container.she screamed talking in Suthu caused a scene until a Petronella intervened and yes she was of grate help.she was able to do an exchange so my concern is that why we're we sold a wrong prod? increase sales maybe? khanyi said u do not have no 12 in stock yet Patronella was able to get it for me.what irritates the most is that u can't distinguish btw a cosultant and customer.no uniform, no name tag or whatsoever. So has Truworths come to this? hiring unkooth and annoyingly rude people lyk Lebo? lack of product knowledge and at tension to detail is zero? WOW!!
