MAKING THE CUSTOMER WAIT

I would like 2 bring 2 the attention of Game Management Rosebank, the floor staff just don't give a about your customers. This store is in an area surrounded by offices which means most of the Mon - Fri shoppers are on restricted time.

This is now the 3rd time that I have gone to make a purchase & they were out of stock. When I 1st requested assistance I was told to go to 2 staff members that were already busy with other customers. The lady didn't't even work in that department. Anyway we went up to the stand & I was told the product I wanted was out of stock but I should ask for a voucher. I told the lady at the front I am on my lunch break & they should please hurry up. Well she did the usual thing of calling someone else. The person who came to give me the voucher requested her to get the barcode but she just wasn't interested. 25 minutes later he finally prints the voucher but still doesn't have the correct bar code for the item I wish to purchase. This now means I have to drive back again IN MY LUNCH TIME to purchase the products I want...

Mr MANAGER theRE are thousands of unemployed people, if your staff are NOT interested, ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER SUFFE
