I wanted to purchase a Le Creuset 28 cm lid for my frying pan, and the Melrose Arch Boardmans did not have stock. The sales staff could did not even offer to check stock availability at another store. The ladies response was they haven't received stock in a while and not sure when they will.

I went to Eastgate branch, and the sales staff told me they did not have stock of the size I wanted, but should go to the Le Creuset shop in Bedfordview if I wanted it. I think purpose of me buying on my Edgars a/c is to pay my purchases over 6 months which the sales person couldn't seem to understand.

I asked for the manager, she checked the system and there was a pot lid available @ Clearwater. She could not do a stock transfer from Clearwater, as it has something to do with consignment stock. She promised me if I was not in a hurry she would get the product for me and notify me once she did. She notified me on 24/01/14 that it was available @ Eastgate and I purchased it on the 26/01/14. I would like to thank the manager on duty at Boardmans Eastgate for going out of her way to assist me when the sales staff clearly couldn't.
