On several occasions i visited Edgar's stores particularly the Estee Lauder, requesting a sample trial size. I have always used Estee Lauder but i wanted to change my foundation colour to Bronze. All the times i visited The Glen, City Centre and Southgate, they don't have. They have not receive it. With an attitude of note. They act like they own the sample, what we do know they stock up for their own use and when the customers comes in there is none to give. I asked them how will they feel if i buy the bronze and bring it back because it does not suit my skin colour. They simply tell me that is not allowed. The one girl at edgards city centre promised to call me back the next day, that was 2 weeks ago. What a disgusting way to treat customers. If is not part of the policy then they must say so. No testers. Just buy and see your way. They offer to check the colour in store, with make up on. How effective will that be for me with make up on... My complaints is 2 fold, never a sample available and maybe worse than that the manner in which the estee lauder consultants deal with it
