My account with furniture city got approved on the 08 July 2013, I was promised delivery within 48 hours as the stock we buying is instore and on display, when querying today our sales rep could not tell us if we will be even receiving our items today nor did he make any attempt to assist us in receiving our goods, as we were iniatally promised our goods by wednesday 10 July 2013, we naturally got rid of our existing furniture to make room for the new ones, so now we have no furniture and no assistance what so ever from the rep. My main point is our stock is on display in the interim of anyone to use and abuse when rightfully it our things, secondly if the stock is in store what is the hold up. I am very upset and disgusted with the service received, this is my second purchase with them but am regretting purchasing from furniture city
