Guess watch purchased from Sterns losing colou

Hi

I received a Guess watch as a gift from Sterns Newcastle Mall branch In January 2013. To the value of R1300.00.

Within a few months the watch started loosing colour. In May I decided to go to Sterns and complain. The store manager whos name Sonia did not entertain my complain as she said the strap has no guarantee. I have cheap watches which have not lost colour over longer periods. Guess being a brand name and Sterns being reputable company should entertain my complain
