Bought furniture to the value of R17133-00 (including a delivery charge of R138-00) on 27/02/2013 and was promised delivery on latest date 01/03/2013.Payed goods and delivery costs in full. Returned to shop on Friday morning (01/03/2013) and was assured a partial delivery on the same day and the rest on 02/03/2013 due to 1 of the items needed to come from out of town and the truck suffered from a breakdown. I was promised that I will be kept up to date telephonic, today is the 02/03/2013, no delivery was made and no telephone call received. If it's not bad enough for a furniture store to charge delivery cost for customers within a 20KM radius they don't deliver and they don't keep to promised delivery schedules or at least the promise to keep you up to date if there should be any problems regarding you're delivery. I did ask if my particulars on they're system was up to date and the response was, yes. OK Furniture, branch no 0613 (6137), sales person bsm05.Invoice no 054987.This was not the fist time buying from this store, but definitely the last time.
