Goods paid for in full and still no delivery

I bought a lounge suite at Furniture City Woodmead on Saturday 13 July 2013 and paid for it in full. I was told that it would be delivered on Monday 15 July. On the 15th, I got a phone call from Furniture City and was told that the one they had in stock was damaged but that they had ordered new stock and would deliver to me on Wednesday the 17th. Wednesday came but no lounge suite. After two phone calls and plenty of holding on it appears thay had given the lounge suite to another customer. I was told they were getting more on the 23rd. I told her they could deliver on the 24th. Wednesday 24 July 8.25 pm and STILL no longe suite. I have the names of the ladies that I have been dealing with but I would like to give Furniture City a chance to deal with this before I make their names public. I think the service is disgusting. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I would definitely think twice about shopping there again!
