On 13 July 2013 I bought a bedroom suite at furniture city Southgate, assisted By Bheki, He told me stock would be available in teo days . two days came, no call from him, Ii called him, and even went through to the furniture shop, I was reassured that they are on top of it and I would recieve my furniture on the 17th, the 17th came still no furniture, I then forwarded my complaint to their manager,
i was then told that stock will be available on the 26th of July, 26th of July, no call from them, no furniture.
I then sent an email to their headoffice customer care, who assured me that the matter will be handled urgently. i then got a call on Monday the 28th of July to say stock is coming in on the 30th, today is the 31st, and I still have not received a call or furniture form furniturecity.
had i known that this is the stress I have to go through i would have never gone through furniture city.
I am disgusted by the service at furniture city.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Why do they sell furniture which is not available?
on their website the same bedroom suite is still reflecting and yet they fail their customers.
