You know when u open an account with retailer they so helpfull but try and close an account and see how they give u the run around. In march I paid up my acc, the consultant called the call centre and had my account closed then for a few months go by I don't receive any correspondence from edgars as in my ind the acc is closed and the other day I get mail saying my limit is still avail and they offering me a voucher called them asked for the account to be closed and for a paid up letter they saying they sent it but still waitin
Somtimes u have to wonder if this is not done deliberatley justt to rope a person into more debt.
