Poor Service, bad attitude and a negative vibe

The service which I receive at this store is getting progressively worse each time I go. 1. The Lindt chocolate was out of stock so I asked a PNP lady supervising the cadburys packers to assist - her attitude to help me was ZERO. I then got to the till and there was only a handful of tills open, and yet we had to queue for 15 mins. The people operating the tills and packaging just took their time and worked at their own pace. The packing was shocking - I have a PNP cooler bag for the cold items and the pack the cold stuff in a normal bag. I had spare bags over and yet some items were just packed directly into the trolley. Then I got home to have one of the mince pies, which in the past I preferred to Checkers and Woolworths - well I took one bite a spat it out. It is 60% dry pastry.
WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - since Woolworths stocks 80% of the items I bought at PNP and at the same price or cheaper I may as well abandon shopping at PNP and use WW, Checkers and Dischem. PNP - you heading downhill fast and will be a take over bid before the year is out at this rate. Please dont get a call center agent to phone me - I only speak to the Gauteng Manager or Highe
