Checkers Reservoir Hills - Worst Branch Eve

Where do I begin with Checkers Reservoir Hills:

1. Terrible Service
2. Express tills (10 items per customer) - this is not the case at Checkers Reservoir Hills, as Cashiers choose when to call up this "Express Till" rule... I noticed that if there is a guy flirting with them, they allow that person through with more than 15 items, now really? is this express or personal?
3. Management seems less aware of whats happening at their till points, during busy periods they have less tills open and during quiet times more tills open.
4. Come to this Checkers after 5h30pm, and expect to see queues at every till (that's open, which is about 5 out of 15)... queues go into the aisles and cashiers spend more time flirting then ensuring queues move quicker.
5. The Kiosk does not have stock of cigarettes, but when we moan about the cigarettes it magically appears from the stock room.

I now go to the convenience store opposite Checkers, I might pay more but the service is better and the time spent waiting to be served by the cashier is quicker.

Please sort out the service and delivery at Checkers Reservoir Hills... as you will lose out business
