When are Pick 'n Pay going to properly train their staff to pack customers groceries into bags? This is not the first time that I have had this complaint with P 'n P and every time I get told that they will make sure that their staff are given new training (this applies to most of their stores in the W/Cape). Yesterday while shopping at the Steenberg branch the lady packing my groceries was not interested, packed the bags too full, had a really bad attitude when I checked how much she was putting in each bag. Before she had finished she threw my spare bags into the trolley and when I took them out again she just glared at me. I then asked her if she had a problem with my packing and yet again I got the sullen glare. When I told her to leave the packing I would finish it she stormed off in a sulk muttering under her breath. One of the supervisors was close by and asked what the matter was, I explained the situation to her and she did apologise however when I got home I discovered that due to stuff being thrown into the bags and too much stuff put in bags, my tomatoes had been damaged. When I am paying good money for items I expect to get them home in a decent condition!!
