Final insult and bad attitude at Woolies Riverside

R20000.00 rands per month in go there daily. Yesterday all the till points were open. Store only normally busy but chaotic. Loads of crates in the aisles and the customers had really bad shopping experience. One day everybody will be treated well and the very next day is horrible. The ladies at the till know they must help unpack the trolley from other side because of the layout of the tills. No space. The supervisor that helped at various tills packing only helped the customers with few to moderate items. The lady that rung my Merchandise had to go back and forth to get Woolies bags out of the trolley as I could only reach my side of the trolley. The supervisor at the tills saw this and ignored it. After enduring this ridiculous spiteful unhelpful behavior, I simply took my handbag, emptied my 2 Woolies groceries bags that she had already packed, left the still unpacked stuff in the trolley and told them that they will never see me again. I have complained to them before and spoke to a Mr Jeferesson from Head Office and he simply directed the complaint back to the store. This is the final straw that broke the camels back. Checkers and Riverview Spar welcomed me back - thank you
